Flavors Eatery, the small restaurant devoted to healthy
but hearty cuisine, is mushrooming.

Owners Elaine Alex-Lorusso and her husband, Richard
have started franchising the concept. The corporate location
is in Centerville, with Columbus and West Chester operating
as franchise locations.

The all-day menu includes made-from-scratch soups,
wraps, pizza, subs and quesadillas, plus salads, smoothies, premium ice cream and low-fat yogurt.

The concept translates into artfully presented in abundant servings. low-carb and Weight Watchers entrees are also available.
