Flavors Eatery, located at 865 East Franklin Street Centerville Ohio 45459, has been serving fine cuisine since 1997. “Our menu is healthy and flavorful, California style foods with an emphasis on variety,” said owner Elaine loRusso.

From salads to subs, pizza, wraps, burritos and quesadillas, Flavors’ tasty menu also includes foods for those on diets such as Atkins and Weight Watchers.

Flavors’ pizza menu includes the “Say Cheese” pizza with mozzarella, provolone, herbs and special sauce. The “Monterey Grilled Chicken pizza features grilled chicken, homemade barbecue sauce, and red onion. Want something lighter? Try the “Popeye Spinach” pizza or the “Veggie” pizza. Or go all out with a combo featuring meat with veggies, “Chicken Pesto” or ”Potato Chicken” pizza. or try the “Chicken Portabello Spinach” pizza... yum!

Wraps/burritos and quesadillas include Cajun Chicken, Roasted Veggie, Steak Fajita, teriyaki Chicken, and thai Chicken to name a few. All burritos are wrapped in a honey whole-wheat tortilla with organic brown rice, lard-free beans, cheese, lettuce and spices.

Flavors also offers shakes, which can be made with non-fat frozen yogurt or ice cream. Smoothies are all natural with fruit, juice and ice.

“Our specialty menu is unique and one of a kind. We try to listen to what our customers want,” LoRusso added. She stated that the biggest challenge facing the business is creating new trends in menu items and diet related food choices.
